In 2006, we formed a joint venture with Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações called Plano & Plano Construções e Participações Ltda. Our partnership with Cyrela enabled the exchange of knowledge and a higher financial and credit capacity. Plano & Plano brings more credit capacity, improved governance criteria and proven experience to the Company.
