In 2006, a joint venture with Cyrela was established, resulting in the creation of Plano & Plano Construções e Participações Ltda. In 2016, the corporate structure was redefined with the formation of Plano & Plano Desenvolvimento Imobiliário Ltda, a new joint venture with Cyrela. The partnership with Plano & Plano enhanced credit capacity, strengthened governance standards, and brought proven expertise to the Company.
