In partnership with Inocoop-SP, we begin the construction of 12 residential towers in the northern region of the city of São Paulo.

We partner with Caixa Econômica Federal to offer the group credit modality.

We deliver approximately 580 residential units, expanding our operations outside the state capital of São Paulo.

As part of our innovative mortgage solutions, we develop our first success case for the transfer of blueprint financing agreements to a private financial institution for the Vero City América development project, creating an innovative financial product focused on the middle class. We also engage in our first social initiative, the construction of the Cafu Foundation.

We make major land bank acquisitions and inaugurate the new headquarters at Avenida Berrini, in the capital city of São Paulo.

We form a joint venture with Cyrela Brazil Realty.

We begin operating in the state of Rio Grande do Norte.

We join the Minha Casa Minha Vida, the Brazilian federal government popular housing program .

We diversify our product portfolio and begin direct sales operations through Plano&Vendas Consultoria de Imóveis Ltda. (“Plano&Vendas”). A new construction method focused on affordable units is established.

An initiative held by O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper in partnership with Secovi, Top Real Estate awards Plano&Plano for the first time, ranking it the eighth best performing construction company in 2012.

Top Real Estate awards Plano&Plano for the second time, ranking it the third best performing construction company and the ninth best performing real estate developer in 2013.

Our Inspire Barueri development becomes a success case, with over 30,000 vists to our sales stand , 19,000 inquiries by phone, 400,000 online accesses and more than 1,900 units sold for a single real estate development.

For the fourth consecutive year, we ranked among the ten most successful construction companies in Brazil in the Top Real Estate Award.

We reach another milestone by being awarded in the 3 categories of the 24th edition of the Top Real Estate Award simultaneously: 7th place in the Real Estate Sales Category, 2nd place in the Real Estate Developer Category, and rising to prominence with 1st place in the Construction Company Category. We also climb 15 positions, reaching 10th place in the ITC Ranking of the 100 Largest Construction Companies in Brazil.The Brazilian Engineering ranking, created by the O Empreiteiro magazine, also nominates us as the largest construction company and real estate developer in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.

We are once again part of the three categories of the Top Real Estate Award, being ranked the second largest real estate developer and construction company, and the ITC Ranking of the 100 Largest Construction Companies also nominates us as the leader in the Southeast region and the fourth largest construction company in Brazil.

Revealing its business consistency, the Company consolidates its leading position in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, the largest and wealthiest market of the country, and is once again nominated as winner of the Top Real Estate Award in the three categories: First place in the Real Estate Developer Category; second place in the Construction Company Category and fourth place in the Real Estate Sales Category through Plano & Vendas.

Despite the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, we prove our resilience showing a 23.9% increase in net sales in the first half of 2020 year on year.

Issuance of the first Sustainability Report – ESG and first Great Place to Work certification

The Company achieved record figures, with BRL 1.8 billion in launched PSV (Potential Sales Value) and BRL 1.7 billion in sold PSV, while operating 49 construction sites across Greater São Paulo. The Audit Committee was elevated to statutory status, and the second sustainability report, based on 2021 operations, was published.

2023
The Company sustained its solid growth, achieving historic records with an 80% increase in launches and sales. It signed a contract with COHAB for the construction of 3,640 housing units under the Pode Entrar program, totaling an estimated PSV (Potential Sales Value) of approximately BRL 692 million. Reinforcing its commitment to the ESG agenda, the Company published its 3rd sustainability report, highlighting governance, environmental responsibility, and the social impact of its operations.
